The recipe is below.

Stove Top Bomba Chicken Parm
Serves 2-4

Cook time: 20 minutes

Ingredients
1½ tablespoons olive oil
1 pound Pasture Project Bomba boneless skinless chicken breast
2 cups Ciao Pappy marinara classico
¼ cup fresh basil leaves, plus more for serving
¼ teaspoon kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
8 ounces fresh mozzarella, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons freshly grated Parmigiano Reggiano, plus more for serving

Preparation
Heat a large cast iron or heavy-bottomed skillet over medium-high heat until water droplets sizzle and evaporate on contact.
Add the bomba chicken breast to the pan and sear until the breast is golden brown and releases easily about 3 minutes. Flip and cook for another 2 to 3 minutes on the second side. Remove the chicken and set aside. Carefully drain any excess oil and return the pan to the stove.
Add the sauce and fresh basil leaves, stirring to combine. Nestle the chicken into the sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
Top the chicken breast with the sliced mozzarella and grated Parmigiano Reggiano. Cover and simmer on low heat until the cheese is melted and the chicken is cooked through 10 to 12 minutes.
Serve with more freshly grated Parmigiano Reggiano and fresh basil alongside a salad or some pasta!
