seasonal veggie pizza
Cook Time: 30 min | Serves 4


INGREDIENTS

Sliced zucchini, tomatoes, and red onion (or seasonal veggies of your choice)
Olive oil for drizzling
1lb of pizza dough (homemade or store-bought)
1 cup of mozzarella
Ciao Pappy Marinara Classico
1/4 cup of pine nuts
fresh basil
Salt and pepper

DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 400 degrees or if you have one (lucky), heat your pizza oven.

Slice your vegetables into thin slices and lay them in an oven pan. Drizzle olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Add basil leaves.
Bake in the oven until cooked, about 25 minutes.

Prepare your dough and lay out flat, adding some flour. Cover your pizza with Ciao Pappy Marinara Classico sauce (about 1/2 cup). Cover with cheese and cooked vegetables. Sprinkle more cheese and bake for 10-15 minutes.

Optional: broil for 1-3 minutes to crisp the top!
